WOODLAND SWIM TEAM MASTERS PROGRAM ADULT SWIM PROGRAM

Woodland Swim Team provides adults aged 18 & Over an opportunity for a competitive or non-competitive swim program. Organized practices are offered weekday mornings for one hour, and some Saturdays.  Afternoons are non-coached time during the Frogs age group practices. If you choose to join our morning workout you have the benifit of working with our wonderful Maters coaches Chase Avalos and Pete Motekaitis. They provide workouts for all abilities and levels, and will help with stroke and technique if requested.  The yardages of the practices are varied based on ability. Dues are $65/mo. For insurance purposes, each member must also register with USMS through Pacific Masters.

  • Ages - 18 and up
  • All levels of swimmers are welcome
  • Daily Training: 60 minute workout; 5x /week offered
  • Daily Yardage - Varies according to each swimmers' desires and ability
